Kerry Kelly, Paralegal

Kerry Kelly was born in Stuttgart, Germany. Kerry received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Arizona University. Kerry graduated from the Paralegal Studies Program at Roosevelt University with a specialty in Civil Litigation and joined Kelly Law Offices in 1995. She is a member of The American Association of Justice- Paralegal Division, the National Association of Legal Assistants and the Indiana Paralegal Association. Kerry assists the firm with case investigation, pleading preparation, discovery and trial preparation and assistance.

Lynn Shively, Paralegal

Lynn Shively, born in Hammond, Indiana received her paralegal certificate from Sawyer Business College in 1991. Lynn began working for Kelly Law Offices in September 1992. She is a member of the National Association of Paralegals, the Indiana Paralegal Association, American Association of Justice, Indiana ABATE and Harley Owners Group. Lynn's primary focus is motorcycle crashes. She assists the firm with property damage to motorcycles and injuries to the riders. She also handles all corporate business, trusts, wills and probate, real, estate and personal injury.
