Attorney Profiles

Michael Massucci, born in Chicago, graduated from the Marquette University Law School in 2002. While in school, Michael studied civil litigation and trial work. He also studied at the National Sports Law Institute. Michael joined Kelly Law Offices in May 2003 and currently focuses his practice on trial work including personal injury and business litigation. Michael also handles much of the firm's estate planning. Since joining the Kelly team, Michael has successfully tried many jury and bench trials. Michael has litigated in both the Indiana and Illinois state and federal courts, the state of Arizona and has several published appellate court opinions.

Michael is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers, ABATE and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Michael works hard to protect his clients from insurance companies and their high priced attorneys who force injured people to court to increase company profits instead of taking responsibility and paying valid claims.
